Suspenion issue with 98' M3 Conv
Anybody have any issues with the front suspenion (struts et al)on their M3? Any ideas?( They are going to charge $1800+)
Also, any repeat problems with the top mechanisms (tension strap)? They are talking $2K

Struts are not that hard to replace. What else are they doing?

You should also check your rear shock mounts/shocks and RTABs. Check Bimmerforum.com for more info. And, yeah, nearly all e36 vert owners report a tension strap problem at sometime. Try looking at an independent shop that makes/repairs convertible tops. They will be cheaper, and most stealers will send that work out anyway, from what I understand. vmmv jsm3 |
