City lights flash with blinker head lights wont work

All the lights coming from the front of the car are dim and barely work. Not enuf to drive at night. When turning on the parking lights and fog lights the blinker makes a really fast clicking sound. When I flash the high beams they dont flash only the parking lights and city lights turn off. When I turn on the fog lights the fog light relay makes a buzzing sound.

Unplugging the flasher relay didn't help the lights still acted funny.

I unplugged my HID's that didn't help either.

The green arrows on the cluster stay on and wont turn off. When I turn on the blinker it blinks really fast or really slow and the green light for the fog light on the cluster flashes with the blinkers.

This seems to be the front lights only not the rear from what I can tell. The still blink normal and appear to be bright.

Got it !!!

man I was scared it was going to be some deep in the dash loose wire
impossible to find or a expensive relay. Ended up bein human error
of the dumb kind.

Yes I have HID's on my car which we installed my last trip I drove
out to San Diego. Yes I have projectors and yes they are aimed
correctly. And yes they made a huge difference would recommend to
anyone doing them correclty. I also have installed halogen reverse
lights which helped backing up a night. Those are the only mods to
the electrical system.

When we installed the ballast I found the ground stud and nut on the
driver side fender to be a good location to mount the ballast
securly. Well after couple months of bouncing around the ballast
wiggled the nut "finger tight". So only making partial contact which
allowed the front lights to go crazy.

Thanks everyone for the help.
