Valve adjust - now REALLY low idle?

Well, did a valve adjustment on the Bimmer a ways back per Jered's instructions on this site(thanks Jared!) and the click in the valves is gone completely. However, my car now idles when warmed up at about 500RPM according to the tach and now produces an ultra-slight stumble because its running a bit low.

Did I set them too tight? I checked for a vacuum leak thinking I didn't tighten the cover or such enough, but I just don't think this is it. Anyone ever have this happen to them?
