Angry E36 318i Sway Bar Drop Link Replacement

The right rear drop link that connects the sway bar to the suspension on my 1997 318i is broken, literally snapped in half. I will get a new one but I absolutely can not fugure out how to get the broken one of the sway bar.
I've taken the whole sway bar off the car and all I need to do is take off this drop link off of the end of the sway bar.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

I've never removed a rear link, I run aftermarket bars now, but I'm pretty sure rear link slips on. You might need a puller.

This is the exact part right here and it's number 5, there's nothing really holding it on it's just a rubber bushing on the bar and I've pulled it hard enough to break but it doesn't budge, do I need to get another sway bar or what?

ok, sorry, I thought it was the front one....so it's just the metal sleeve and some rubber left then. Try use a puller to remove it, You might try and heat it aswell

If you dont have a puller, how about some silicone spray, a hammer and a chisel (craftsman screwdriver). Stand it on end and hit downward. A partner might help.
