Hi,
I changed my brake discs and pads this weekend. Now It seems like when I depress the brake pedal I have to push it all the way down to activate the bakes. Perhaps I didnt bleed them properly. If anyone knows what the problem is or a proper way of having the right pressure in the brake piston (maybe proper method of bleeding) please let me know. Thanks for all of your help. |

I assume you used the partner method.
You have them press the pedal while you open the valve. They need to press the pedal before you open and keep it pressed until after the valve is closed. Make sure they never let the pedal go all the way to the floor, you should shut the valve and start over when the pedal has moved an inch or two. The valve does not require very much torque to close, be careful.
