Unhappy more problems

I'm reposting this with more details . The starter wont work in the car ,it was tested and is working fine .I have power to switch and at the starter as well but not a sound when the switch is turned.
The anti theft device was removed a friend did that and was done right i believe. i also replaced the starter switch as well .This car has had a transmission swap from auto to 5 speed , the park-neutral switch was removed and wired to start .
I believe there is a relay for the starter with the automatic but I'm not sure where it is. this car was running before as is except the removal of the anti-theft device and was running but is was torn down for 2yrs . i have the motor back together and now the electrical is giving me fits and i am at somewhat of a loss when it comes to the electrical i have a basic knowledge but its not enough . i also have a Bentley manual but its still not enough .
