Just a comment:
I rebuilt all of my calipers about a year ago no problem. Recently my front boots came loose probably due to overheating at the track. My comment is to stress how important it is clean the piston and especially the bore and wash away all the grit. I suggest removing the caliper completely from the car, clean the bore and piston with a Scotchbrite pad, wash them with water, dry them thoroughly with compressed air and re-lube everything with brake fluid. I tried skipping the full removal and water steps and wasted over an hour on 1 caliper.
