one more issue to tend to heater
 this is the only other issue with my 1993 325is. The heater only works on defrost. If I switch to the dash vents it quickly turns cold. The defrost heats well. I can not find any problems maybe I am overlooking something? The weather is starting to get cold here in Ohio maybe should have tried to fix this problem sooner Thanks

How about the foot vents?
If it is dash only maybe it is the cold air mixer for the face vents.
