When lifting from there rear to get both wheels up you put the jack directly under the diff? or on the cross-member rear sub frame ?

also, can you do the same from the front to get both tires up in the air and under jack stands at the same time? if so where is proper point to lift from there?

There is no good spot on the front to put a jack to lift at one time. I would suggest jacking one side, then the other and placing each side on jack stands as you go up.

The rear you can jack on the diff. However some people have had trouble with the diff mounts cracking when jacking there. That can happen if the diff is weak or worn. You can try the rear subframe, but the surface is not flat enough for the jack to sit securely, it may slip. My suggestions is similar to the front of the vehicle, jack each side to lift rear
