90 E30 325i fuel level reads about 1/3 tank all the time
I've replaced the fuel tank level sender on the under the rear seat on the passenger side of the car. I'm still getting a reading of about 1/3 tank most of the time.

There are two sending units.

Are the two fuel tank sending units interchangeable

Look up the part numbers on Pelican or Realoem to see if they are the same.
Also check for damaged wiring.
