Help !!! Brakes Are Weird Lol

hey guys

ive gota 93 320 coupe and have something wrong with my brakes,it doesnt do it all the time but sometimes wen ur slowing down and depressing the brake pedal halfway down the pedal goes solid and it feels like abs is kicking in when it shouldnt be,the pedal goes completly solid and then if i lift and re-dpress them its ok

Any ideas ????

Probably a ABS sensor going bad. I had the same problem on my old Sentra.

I would first clean all the ABS sensors and teeth on the wheel hubs. You might also consider checking the ABS sensors' insulation integrity. If that takes care of it, it is a cheap alternative to replacing an ABS sensor.
