icv code keeps coming up even after i replaced icv with brand new one
icv code keeps coming up on my 88 ix even after replaced also intake temp sensor code comes up im not using the gas pedal trick to get codes i have the scan tool also when you turn the key to on position just before start the icv is allready turning you can hear it hum

You might want to pull the cover off the brain box (ECU) and check for fried electronic components. Often repairable. Try searching r3vlimited.com forums... I think that is where I read about bad ICVs hurting ECUs.

did you also try clearing the codes after replacing the ICV?
