E36 rim offset
Hi could some please tell me if a 2004 E46 rim 17x8 with an offset of 35 will fit a E 36 320i coupe.I currently have 17x8 with an offset of 40. If so could i run with 215 45 17 tyres thanks

The E46 and E36 rims are generally interchangeable.
215/45R17 on a 17x8 +35 should fit fine If you can fit even a tight finger on the outside of your 215/45R17 on a 17x8 +40 then the +35should fit easily.
