Beef up the sound on my M3
I have an E36 M3, that's been running mostly on the track. But the economy has hurt our company and I am cutting back on expenses. So, no track for a while and no big expenses on the car.
On the other hand, I would love to "hear" the engine when I drive the car and wondered if simply replacing the stock muffler would improve the situation. I don't want to invest in a track exhaust right now, but if I could find a good "track" muffler that would be a good start. Any suggestions? Anybody have one they want to sell? |

You can have a muffler installed by and exhaust shop pretty cheap.
You can also remove the baffle in the air filter box and leave the intake tube off to get more engine noise.
