325e main relay- new dilemma

Ok after installing the relays, realized..whatdya know, they gave me the wrong main relay (87,87a pinned)

However, after some more electrical stuff sorted out, i've come across this.

I'm only getting 6v out of this connector, the original relay still bridges connections, but once i pop the relay on, the current drops to less than 2v.

This same 2v can be seen in the fuel pump relay, which i'm assuming is why the relay isn't doing it's job.

However even when i bridge the Fuel pump relay pins Still no fuel pump activity..

The blue circles represent the pins i can bridge...to get the fuel pump to whirr into life...but doesn't deactivate under proper pressure..

I don't know wha the hell to do with this because it seems like nothings going where it should..

Help
