Slave cylinder problem
I'm in the middle of putting a transmission in my 1993 325i... And while the transmission was out, I went in my car to get something, and stepped on the clutch pedal. It went straight to the floor, didn't come up, and when i went under the car, the insides of the slave cylinder were lying on my garage floor. I re-assembled the slave cylinder, and went and pushed on the pedal again.... Straight to the floor again. I went and looked, the slave cylinder is still in one piece, and i can push the arm in with my fingers. Did I break the slave cylinder, or do something else? I checked the clutch fluid, and I'm still between "min" and "max". Did I let a lot of air in the system and it just need to be bled? I'm kinda frustrated at myself for this... So a little help would be wonderful...

I wouldn't say you broke it.
When you remove it from the side of the transmission, it doesn't have anything to limit its travel. The only thing that keeps the pedal up and the slave cylinder piston in the slave cylinder, are the springs in the clutch pressure plate. To answer your question, yes, you have some bleeding to do. I is not as simple as it sounds though. A whole chapter in the book of 1993 BMW repair should be devoted to bleeding a clutch slave cylinder, and another on burping the cooling system. Good wrenching, do a forum search, just type in; "bleed clutch slave" at the top right corner of the forum page. You will find you are are not alone in your frustration.

Yea, I'm going to order a motive power bleeder, cause that seems to make it MUCH simpler, and I probably need to bleed the brakes as well anyway, so hopefully that will make it much easier, and worth the $50 or so investment. Can't thank you enough though, helps me rest a bit easier knowing it's just bleeding that it that *should* fix it.
