blower not working for a/c or heater
The blower for the heater and fan is not working. It will blow for roughly 5 seconds and then quit. It blows both cold and hot when set to those settings. Not sure what the problem is....any help???

96, 3281C, w/sport package. duel temp. system. blower not working at all! is it the Final Stage Resistor??? or should I look further???

Could be, but the fan will run on high in many cases regardless, because in high, the resistor pack is not required.
The best way to diagnose the system is by removing the resistor from the heater box, plug it back to the connector, turn on the fan and check across the various terminals of the resistor with a meter. Voltage in and none out = bad pack. voltage out = bad motor. The pack gets hot, don't burn yourself. I hope, for your sake it is not the motor, Is expensive, and a biatch to change.
