What exactly are you trying to do here? Are you trying to add the service interval display to the car?

Confusion Reigns Supreme

I am also confused.

Take the SI board to "Batteries +Plus".

They will have the proper replacement batteries & for a nice Price (Only cost me $10.00USD) they will also solder the Batteries in-to the board for you.

I'm actually only respectfully answering this issue because it could benefit others.

I also as well remain confused at the portent of your outlined concern & issue.
