Ac tensioner question

My buddy has a 93 318is. He's missing the a/c tensioner. I can only see one bolt hole for it to go in. When searching for it online we get tensioners for 96 and up models. Another note is the a/c is the ribbed belt on this car and the others are the v type. Does this car use the pulley type tensioner that turns to tension or no. Anyone have a part #? Thanks
