'05 x5 4.8iS Rearsmaller window is not coming down at all, i am able to tilt it and that is it. To close it I have to manually push L/R latches that are opening and closing this part of window. Upon inspection, I found a small broken piece of plastic probably a piece needed to retract a cable that is driving those 2 latcheshumps! Does Pelican Parts sell a whole cassette w/o glass??? I am not sure what piece is broken nor if I am going to be able to find replacement for it.

Hard to say if the repair kit will remedy your problem. I would disassemble enough to find what is broken. Then you will have a better idea of what you repair options are. If just the plastic guides and cables are damaged, the repair kit should get you by.
