Check if the fitting at the radiator is leaking. It could look like a hose leak but be the raditor itself.

That happened to my 323i. It kept leaking after the new hose and a few days later the neck cracked off where the hose nipple goes into the radiator. Luckily it happened while I was parking. You probably have a crack at that same spot. DON't neglect it! The cooling system empties out in seconds when that neck lets go.
