, I hear the fan motor running but the air dosn't blow through the vents, although you can feel it ice cold blowing at your feet. I have replaced the climate control unit to a new one and it still didn't resolve the issue, all relays and fuses are good. any suggestions

Check that the heater box flaps are moving when you switch the air vent selection.
