Hi Wayne, I have a 2002 BMW 320i, the car runs really nice even though I have over 300k. Lately I've notice when I accelerate in 2nd,3rd,4,5th gear, my car is bogging out and evens out as I go faster, Feels like the car is choking out. Could this be faulty spark plugs or o2 sensor? I thought I had bad gas, but it's not the case. Thank you, tony.

Check engine backpressure. You may have a restricted exhaust. It wouldn't hurt to perform a fuel system test also. I would check fuel pressure, volume and quality.
