I got a sony CDXGT340 for my 97 BMW Z3. when I put the bracket in the slot on my dash, it feels a little loose, after I bent all the tabs. is this normal? what can I do?

It should fit tight. If it doesn't, see if you can use the tabs to secure by bending them toward the radio opening in the dash.
