I do have an UUC Shortshift kit to an M5 E34 that i will fit "soon". Anyway in my case the Delrin-bushes fig 21 has a very loose fit, the fall out if i turn the carrier around. I have bought a new original BMW bush, much tighter fit, i have also bought a new carrier to rule out any wear. UUC does not respond to my question regarding if the bushes should have that loose fit, as it feels the bushes are perhaps 0.5mm smaller in diameter than the housing, you can clearly feel it wiggle. My qeustion is if this is how it should be, or should i go to a shop and machine tighter fitting bushes, or even consider to use the original BMW bushing? I have a mgpeg movie showing the loose fit...

I would use the factory BMW bushings. That is if UUC does not respond. I would check back with them and see if they have an answer first.
