You're going to have to remove the center console, then remove the shifter assembly and disconnect the cable. Then under the vehicle, remove the exhaust and exhaust head shield (these parts have to come down to be able to feed the new cable in. Then remove the cable fromt he transmission shift linkage and install the new one.
