I have a 96 328i, fsu works and allows me the change the speed the fan should be running on but nothing comes from the vents or antying, any help would be great!

if I understand you correctly, the fan is running but no air is coming out of the vents? If this is the case the blower cage must be detached or broken. I would remove the blower motor and inspect them.
