My bmw wont start e46 compact no fuel checked the relays I have 2 pumps power to the 1 on passenger side but not on the drivers side wiv the ignition on 2 any advice

I don't believe you have two fuel pumps. You have one fuel pump, then a level sender and a suction jet pump, (which is not an electrical pump). iof you have power to the pump and it is not running, it is likely bad.
