OK, found the heater valve right where you said it was . Never doubted you. Cannot get it off the mount. Rubber round bushing on the top slides off easy. bottom rubber mount does not. Should i be removing the metal bracket it is attached to ?

Yes remove the metal bracket the rubber is there to insulate it from vibration
