I just installed a head unit in my 02 325i and the head unit works fine. The only thing is I installed mb quart component speakers and the only one that plays is the mid range. Tweeter has no power. Is there a factory amp or crossover problem? If so should I bypass the amp and crossover and use the crossover supplied with the speakers?

I am not sure. I don;t do much with aftermarket components. It could be a capacitor on the tweeters or they are not getting sound. I would check a wiring diagram from the new radio and compare it to the factory radio.
