Hello i found out the dme was bad replaced all good with red label 413 ecu but u said is scan my car with scanner what a good scanner? that will work on my 1995 bmw325i obd1

i bought these off ebay but couldnt get it to work..

Any help be nice on what type scanner to get id like one i dont have to install software lol but i did and never could see my car listed under shift f9 there wasnt no cars under it.....

I dont have any experience with those tools. You will have to ask the retailer. An advanced BMW scan tool should do it.
