Question on BMW 3-Series E36 Fuel Filter

I just had my e36, 325i 994 fuel filter changed and the injector nossles changed also. When I then embark on a trip, the car develop a gear problem. It can only change from the 1 st gear to the next at 3000rpm and refuses to move from here unless the gas pedal is step hard on. And the transmission control module light comes on here. When you off the engine and restart the engine again, the car moves well again and refuses move to move when changing gear to the second at 3000rpm. Pls, Can someone tell me what is the cause of this and what to do?
