Hi I have a bmw 325ci sport which is fuel starved I replaced the relay and the fuel pump fuse 54 still nothing help

How did you determine it is fuel starved? Did you perform a fuel delivery system test. Check fuel pressure, volume and quality. What data do you have to back up the diagnosis?
