Hi nick I have a 99 328 I e 46 I replaced the both camshaft position sensors and now car doesn't want to start right away and also when I start car after it sets all night my car has a rough idle for about 3 minutes then it runs fine do u know what could be causing this

If the problem happened right after replacing the sensors, something may be plugged in wrong or you have a faulty sensor. I would check for fault codes and see if you have one for a camshaft sensor.
