clutch replace. ZDriveshaft issues.

Having trouble removing the driveshaft from my 96 318ti. The bolts holding the driveshaft to the rear of the trans will not break free. I've done everything I can think of... just short of breaking out a cutting torch. I am replacing the clutch, and can'
t do o without the driveshaft out. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Morrisjohn236

I would spray WD-40 on those nuts or Break free / rusted free spray on those nuts. Try to use 1/2 inch drive impact socket and breaker bar to break loose. And you can also try 1/2 inch impact drive with a impact socket that should work.
