A little help pease. I have aftermarket adjustable camber bars, and HR lowering springs all the way around. Alignment guy said he could not get either the camber or toe adjustment within specs at the same time. Correcting one would offset the other. I have inside wear on my rears due too much positive camber. Is there anything that can be done to get the tires trrad on the road? Seems like they are rising on the inner side wall.

It doesn't sound right, as if you have adjustable aftermarket components, that is how the set points are reached. It is possible you have a faulty bushing, not allowing the specs to be reached.
