hello i have a 97 bmw 318ti and i hear popping noise from the tank.i was woundering what that could be.and the temp in side is staying at -40 and not getting hot air inside.

What tank is popping? The cooling system? I would pressure test the cooling system. If the system will not hold pressure and there are no external leaks the head gasket may be faulty.
