I have a 328is and I put in a CDE-143BT The problem is the front speakers don't work. Everything else works fine I'm pretty sure the wires are correct. Any Ideas?

If the Alpine wired to the factory amp? Is the amp switch connected to radio (power on)?

Sounds like all of his speaker are working with the exception of the front speakers. Check your wires from the head unit to the front speakers. The front speakers are easy to access. The amp is located behind the rear seat (back portion) behind a steel door on the passenger side.
