My e46 325i has a hard time going into first gear and then i when i go to secind i get a little grind and some times 3rd will pop out i think i need to replace the mount but im not too sure yet could i get some insight in this?

You could have a worn clutch or internal trans issue. Does the clutch slip when accelerating? If you press the clutch pedal down a few times before shifting, does the problem go away?
