I recently replaced my drive shaft and flex disc in my 1998 328i. The arrows are going in the correct direction as are the bolts. It is possible that the csb is pushed towards the rear of the car instead of the front. Would this cause a vibration? It rides smooth until I reach 50 mph. The car has new tires and alignment.

No, it is pushed toward the front. I wonder if the shaft is off balance from being removed.
