alternator is ok it have 13.8 allltime charging without going up down..... any other help ?

It could be many things from a short on the bus system to a faulty control module. I would start by checking the vehicle for fault codes. If multiple systems are not working properly, fault codes will be set. This will be your best bet when diagnosing.
