Question on BMW 3-Series Electrical Problems

I have a 1999 528i Wagon with electrical problems: electric windows work sometimes, no directional signals both the actual lights as well as the related dashboard lights, dashboard is un-lit when headlights are on, no radio, no heated seats, no AC, no emergency lights. There may be other issues, as well.

Battery is dead at the moment. It's a fairly new battery, so I'm assuming that the dead battery is related to the current electrical issues.

Swapping out the ignition switch did not fix the problem.
