I have a 2004 bmw x5 3.0i,,When I start it in the marning it chirps and whistles as it warms up,During the warmup time it clicks and the noise goes away,,then clicks again and the noise is back on? could this be the tensioners? belts?

Sounds like a tensioner. I would replace it and the belt. Give our parts specialists a call at 1-888-280-7799. They can figure out what part or repair kit you need.
