Comments: I got a 1997 e36 m3 with about 139k
I had a crankshaft sensor position A circuit. code P0335
I already change it twice with a new one from autozone then I tried to turn the car on but it did not work..
I scan the car again and I still have the same code..
I also replaced the sensor wire and checked and there is a signal
I check the battery and it test good.

I have read that it might be the sensor because it's not an original or oem.

Any ideas guys pls..

You mentioned you checked the signal, assuming it checked ok, it wouldn't be the sensor. I would confirm the signal is getting to the DME. Check the signal directly at the DME.
