I have a 1997 bmw 318ti and I'm running in to an issue with the car not wanting to rev over 3000 2000rpms. I've replace the crank sensor with an O.E.M sensor and checked for broken vacuum lines. Cleaned the MAF sensor. I'm about to replace the cam sensor but if that does not solve the issue do you have any ideas? Also have a new fuel pump and fuel filter.

Does it lack power / running choked up? Or is it limited by the DME, revs stop building.
