Bridgestone S-03 vs Toyo Proxes
Anyone have either of these? what are the pros and cons of each?

From what I know, the S-03s are a fairly heavy tire that perform really well! They hold up to track driving pretty well and are a great dry and wet weather tire. Unfortunately, they have a tendency to tramline a bit, especially with the larger sizes.
The Proxes T-1s are a lighter weight tire and are excellent in the wet and dry. Perform really well on the track, but wear out faster than the Bridges on the track. With the 19" forged wheels I put on my 2002 M3, I went with the S-03s. |

I have the Toyo T1-S tires on my 1995 M3. I love them, great wet and dry grip. I bought them because they were cheaper than a comparably sized S0-3, because they will both wear out quickly. My last set of T1-S' wore out in 12,000 miles (rear tires).
Good luck, Wes |

Thanks! Most people assume that they're chrome, that's the only draw back I know of.

i have a set of 19" ssr gt3 rims on my 2002 m3 with toyos on.
also chose them because of price.the performance of these is average for the speeds that the car does. grip compared to originals is poor but not bad. 245/30/19 275/30/19 |

Well, you COULD go big time bling on your E30 with a set of 22s that are 2pc and have a 3" lip
![]() Since all the wheels are custom order, why don't you put a wide body kit on your car and call it a day

Gotta have the Jesus bobble head, Neon green paint job (brush applied of course) and dingle balls hanging from the headliner. I might also get the solid chrome lower panels
Now that would be stylin |
