Ive had to pull takata air bags out and re install for other repairs before. I hate it , I freaking pucker up. No real way of me knowing if they are the faulty ones or not .
Our older 3 series wagon was an affected vehicle. The did the drivers side bag, quick, but took a long time before they got the passenger bags in stock and replaced . I never let the kids sit up front .
