No Start no good

Hello Everyone!!!
I just did my clutch hydraulics for the for the 4th time and Blinky will not start to leave the garage. I am suspecting it just likes the garage and the evidence to support this theory continues to mount up. I tried replacing the DME relay for the quick fix, but, Alas, it still does not start. It cranks well, the timing marks are on, I tried either, got no response. So.... checked for spark and dont seem to be getting any. . I checked voltage to the coil and both terminals read 12 volts. hmmmm... is that right?

The tach is a little bouncy so, there is that.

Where to go from here? is there a no start sticky or flowchart?

Thanks for your help guys.

Happy Day!
