Headers
Two things:
1) I had the Bursch headers on my 944NA. They are the biggest piles of crap ever! Horrible fit and finish, and they did absolutely nothing except kill my midrange.
2)Take a look at the 944 spec guys. I beleive headers are legal....however pretty much every car I've seen runs the stock headers. It is my understanding though that the later 85.5+ year cars had stainless headers which are lighter...so that may be worth something to the racer crowd. The reality is, these spec guys are trying to get every last HP out of the 944NA and they aren't running headers.....that should tell you something. Oh and one of the top cars posted a 132RWHP dyno chart too. So there's your goal for a limited budget.
