Here is some background on the car. It is a 912 tub with a replaced left fender and 911T rear deck lid. It has. 2.7l motor with a hotter cam, MSD, and Weber 40s. It has mangled wiring. Lastely the PO added two after market gauges on the 3 gauge pod. It doesn’t look right. It is a frankencar.
Seattle Speedo is restoring a 5 gauge set that I intend to install.
Question is: has anyone converted from 3 to 5 gauges? I think the stock pod has a flange that supports the gauge. I’m concerned the gauge will droop or fall out. Any ideas?
